How Soon Will My Order Be Shipped?
After you place your order, it typically ships within 48 hours. If you place your order after 2pm EST, your order will be shipped the following Business day. We do not ship on weekends or nationally observed holidays.
How Long Until I Receive My Order?
Once shipped all orders are shipped priority tracked & insured USPS mail. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 days unless the mail carrier experiences any unexpected delays.
What is the Return Policy?
Shears must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your order in the box it was sent. Shears returned in like new condition within the 14-day period will receive a full refund less shipping or any missing items.
For Exchanges: Return only the shear with the original copy of invoice.

What does the Warranty cover?
All Dominare shears have a lifetime warranty against manufacture defects. Damaged caused by neglect or abuse and shears serviced by unauthorized sharpeners will void your warranty. All service work should be performed by an authorized sharpening company. Shears that are defective will be be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer.
